i started this thing called food combining and it works really well!

it’s when you eat certain kinds of groups of foods together because they digest well together.

i can’t explain it well, but it’s made digestion in my body a lot more healthy and has made me think twice before eating certain types of food together. i lost almost 1kg after one day of doing this.

i still ate the same foods, just in different ways, according to what digested best together. give it a shot, just for a couple days. eat healthy foods in certain orders and see what it does for you. you have to be strict though. if it doesn’t do anything for you after a few days or more then at least you gave it a shot, right? :)

That you know by chance the red streaks go away with exercise?

you mean like stretch marks? unfortunately those are scars so you can’t really get rid of them. however, if you work out you’ll trim down and eventually they’ll go lighter and wont be red anymore. there are solutions to treat them such as bio oil and other oil treatments. you can also get some form of lazer surgery for them, it’s not really surgery more like a monthly treatment for however long it takes. i haven’t tried that though. i use bio oil though, it’s also really good for all of you skin, it evens out the tones. :)

Exersices that help you get more ass if you do not have a lot ? and for the belly?

i always see these girls and some guys around me so unhappy with the way they look. some of them go on these terrible diets and they just constantly have negative thoughts about themselves. i know what that’s like, so i’m not judging…because that’s really a mind set you get stuck into. 

when i was anorexic, i always just told myself i wasn’t good enough, that i was too fat. when i weighed myself i would lose weight, but i would always think “okay, that’s good, but i need to lose more, because i don’t look good yet.” i would say horrible, negative thoughts to my body, in fact i hated my body it was disgusting to me and i was just constantly disappoint. i was losing weight, but i couldn’t see it.

now that i’m living a healthy, more positive lifestyle i realize, after having a complete change in life style that if you can’t love your body now, how can you expect to love your body later when you lose weight. you will always be disappointed.

i find now that i’m positive i’m so much happy and i don’t worry as much…you don’t put as much stress on yourself to look a certain way…you still need discipline..but it’s more like positive thoughts, positive lifestyle. you need this first before you even thinking of changing anything else…

trust me on this one, it’s hard to do it, but it is honestly life changing. positivity is the thing you need the most.

i know how you feel, when you try so hard and nothing happens..

but i decided to stop worrying about it and be happy…i chose a healthy lifestyle and when ever it gets me down i just think i’m working on it and eventually it’s going to come off. little by little, but i’ll get there in the end. positive thoughts are what you need most. if you eat healthy and exercise then i promise it will come off. don’t starve yourself or say you wont eat then or you can’t eat that…eat whenever you want just make sure that you’re filling yourself with healthy food that your body needs instead of unhealthy food that your body finds useless and will store as fat. you know what i mean? don’t worry, it’s difficult to watch as nothing is happening…or as you think that nothing is happening but eventually you’ll see a change. if you need support or anything i am always happy to talk:)

i haven’t lost that much weight as of yet, it’s slowly coming off.

all i do is eat healthy always and exercise often or as often as i can:)
