I hate feeling like you have to please everyone. Or not saying something or dressing in something cause you feel like everyone is going to judge you. So I thought, screw it. If you don’t like the way I dress don’t look. Tell ya friends, tell ya mum I look like crap. But really, who gives a damn? And why do these people feel like their opinion is so worthy? big people talk about Ideas. Average people talk about things. Small people talk about other people.
These make me so happy! They’re so motivating and make you wanna keep working hard.
I feel like sharing your goals only makes you more
Motivated to work towards them. No matter how small your goal, if it encourages you, think about it and work hard to get it! If you want to lose weight don’t do any of that crash diet crap, you’re just going to gain the weight back because your body can’t live in that unstable lifestyle. You wanna be slim? Eat healthy train hard and I can guarantee you (I will bet money on this if I have to) that you are going feel a thousand times better than if you starve yourself to get thin! I know from experience, so trust me on this one:)
My goal: when I get more toned and have a flatter stomach I’m going to wear crop tops! :) and I don’t care how long it takes me if I work hard and train hard and do this the healthy way, in the end it’s going to be so much more satisfying. :) if you have any goals I am keen to hear!

So its been a while since I’ve posted anything cause ive been super busy with work for the past we while. But! I hope to be posting a whole lot more of motivational pictures and helpful exercises to keep you going! I’ve found a few new tactics for healthy weight loss that have been working for me over the past couple months and I’m am super keen to share! so I will post as soon as possible. :)
i started this thing called food combining and it works really well!
it’s when you eat certain kinds of groups of foods together because they digest well together.

i can’t explain it well, but it’s made digestion in my body a lot more healthy and has made me think twice before eating certain types of food together. i lost almost 1kg after one day of doing this.
i still ate the same foods, just in different ways, according to what digested best together. give it a shot, just for a couple days. eat healthy foods in certain orders and see what it does for you. you have to be strict though. if it doesn’t do anything for you after a few days or more then at least you gave it a shot, right? :)

you mean like stretch marks? unfortunately those are scars so you can’t really get rid of them. however, if you work out you’ll trim down and eventually they’ll go lighter and wont be red anymore. there are solutions to treat them such as bio oil and other oil treatments. you can also get some form of lazer surgery for them, it’s not really surgery more like a monthly treatment for however long it takes. i haven’t tried that though. i use bio oil though, it’s also really good for all of you skin, it evens out the tones. :)
