Sorry I haven’t been posting too much lately I’ve been really busy, but I’m hoping this weekend I can get more on to it.

Also, start of this year I decided to go on an organic/healthy way of life - as in I don’t eat any junk food or anything with chemicals or unnatural substances in it.
I thought you may like to know the results I’ve had in about 11 days. I’ve already lost about 2.5 maybe 3kgs… I know that’s quite fast but weight will fall off quicker in the beginning as well as since I’m not eating salty foods I’m not retaining water as much and I’ve been exercising. I’m not hungry and I eat whenever I want. At dinner I eat a smaller portion and won’t eat after 7.
Im happy and feeling incredibly healthy. I’m not keeping my eye on the scale though, because how I feel is more important than how much I weigh.. And constantly eyeing the scale is an unhealthy habit which is easy to fall into.
But i thought I’d let you know:) and I thought if you wanted I could post foods I’m eating each day just so you could get an idea, but let me know if you do or don’t.
I will post up some exercises soon too:)

good idea if you don’t have time to make something. you can pre make these then tip them upside down and you have a salad! :D
thanks so much:) that means a lot. i’m so happy i can help:) keep up your good work! this is the best way to live! remember that, don’t ever go back…cause i know i’m not:) even though at times you can get discouraged, keep pushing yourself because in the end, i promise you it will be all worth it:) this lifestyle brings a lot more happiness anyways.:) xx
