Dancing In My Undies
I really want to get toned but I don't have to motivation to keep on trying. I try to have a healthy lunch everyday but I crave snacks like chocolate and cookies all the time and I never feel good. I need some help! By the way your story helps a lot :)

if you crave unhealthy foods then eat more healthy food, so that you’re fuller. something that i find helps me is that i eat 70% organic chocolate, it gives me that sweetness that i desire with out being too unhealthy for me. also, fruits and fruity yogurt is sweet but healthy. i know that it’s hard to stay healthy and keep away from junk food, but it becomes easier. don’t deny your body things though, if you want a cookie, eat a cookie but be satisfied with that 1, don’t go back for more. you can have sweet food, but exercise and eat healthy more.. i find that works the best…the more you do that the less you crave junk food. :) exercise and eat healthy but don’t deny yourself sweet things every so often:)
