these are so healthy, they are filled with nutrient and you can put them on anything!
i put them in my yogurt, bran, salad and you can put them in cereal and really anything.
they don’t taste like much, just a slightly crunchy texture. they expand slightly in your stomach and make you fuller:)
full of omega and antioxidants.
they’re known as a superfood!
