Dancing In My Undies
You know the "40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, 10 push-up" pyramids all over Tumbler? Does it really burn 100 calories. Seems too easy to be burning that much!

i’m not entirely sure if it will. but i guess it depends on how fit you are. when i did it, one after the other without breaking i was pretty tired afterwards. so perhaps it does, perhaps it doesn’t, but still try it out:)
