is there a way to lose weight without making my boobs shrink? I know that's not really important, but I always wondered if that just came with the weight loss/ toning.
i used to think about this too:) but your boobs are made in proportion. they are right size for the size of your body. if your body shrinks, your boobs will shrink to maintain the balance, so your body stays in proportion. you can’t spot reduce when it comes to losing weight, but your boobs will be the right size for your shape no matter how big or small you are. :) i hope this helps.
