Hi i am Paola I have 15 . I am from Puerto Rico sorry for my grammar haha . Your story OMG y feel sometimes like i don't fit , because all my friends are skinny and don't have my problem , i'm chubby. I started to eat less untill i was like 4 hrs without eating and when i eat i eat a lot because i was starving . I thought i was doing good but y started to throw up and going to the bathroom a lot . I went to the doctor and i have gastritis and all i was eating it was like a bomb of gases.
Hi, Paola:) starving yourself and throwing up your meals isn’t a healthy way to live because it’s not a sustainable lifestyle, as you probably know after seeing the doctor. you don’t need to treat your body that way to lose weight. it took me a while to finally realize this…and i was stuck in a pattern for so long that it was incredibly difficult to deal with it and change. but i worked on it and it’s still hard now, but i’m getting better. you just need to eat healthy and exercise. it’s okay to eat junk food every so often just as long as the main thing you feed your body is natural substances:) if you work on it and try hard, i know you’re going to be able to do it:)
